Send DisplayMate your academic, scientific or university presentation artwork and we'll print it as a high-quality fabric poster with strong vibrant colours. We print on a durable premium quality crease-resistant 320gsm soft-touch polyester fabric (with blockout on back) so you can fold it up and carry in your luggage for easy transportation to each event.
Approx production & courier time: 7 working days (North Island) 8 working days (South Island).
Shipping: A flate rate of $25+gst nationwide is added in the shopping cart.

2. Artwork Checklist
Please read and work through the following checklist before sending artwork to us. If you have any questions please contact us.
Please send your artwork in PDF format regardless of the program you use to create it.
Small objects
Tiny text and symbols may not print clearly so please make these as large as practically possible.
Fine lines
Very fine lines may not be visible when printed so please make sure these have a suitable thickness.
Image quality
Check the resolution of your images. Do this by enlarging your final artwork on your computer screen to 100% finished size to see the quality.
Trimming margin
Please keep all important text and images at least 20mm inside of the trimmed edge.
Bleed
Please extend your background graphics 40mm outside each edge of your artwork. This will ensure the printing will extend to all edges after it is trimmed down to size. E.g. For an A0 size poster which measures 841 x 1189mm.... your artwork should measure 921 x 1269mm after the 40mm bleed has been added.

For artwork larger than 10Mb please click the WeTransfer Button below to upload your artwork through WeTransfer.

- Enter your order ID# (if applicable) and other relevant information in the message field.

Do you offer a design service?
Yes, we do. Our experienced in‑house designer can work with you to create something unique and tailored to your needs. Please email us to discuss your project and design requirements.
Can you match my brand colours?
Absolutely. We can match your brand colours with precision. We use the industry‑standard Pantone colour‑matching system to ensure predictable and repeatable results every time. Read more about our Colour Matching process.
Do you really provide free colour proofs?
Yes. We can provide either one free printed fabric proof, couriered to you, or a digital PDF proof. The type of proof supplied will depend on your timeframe and production schedule.
Where can I find artwork templates?
Artwork templates are available at the bottom of some product pages. If you can’t find the template you need, just contact us and we’ll send you the correct files.
How long does production take?
Production begins once your proof is approved. Standard production for most products is 5 working days. Urgent production can be reduced to 3 - 4 working days, depending on capacity, and incurs an additional charge. Delivery time is not included in these timeframes.
I'm creating my own artwork, but I'm not sure it's going to be good enough?
We understand the concern - creating your own artwork can feel daunting. Rest assured, every file you submit is carefully checked to ensure it meets our printing requirements. Your artwork passes through at least three sets of eyes, and if anything looks unusual or technically risky, we’ll always contact you before proceeding.
If you’d prefer extra support, you’re welcome to work with our in‑house designer, who can help refine or create your artwork. And for complete peace of mind, we provide one free printed fabric proof or digital PDF proofs before production, so you can confirm everything looks exactly as expected.
Do you sell to overseas organisations?
