Introduction

DisplayMate a division of Sussex Design Limited (we, us, our) complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993 (the Act) when dealing with personal information. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual. Personal information may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact details, date of birth, gender, company name, and enquiry or complaint details. We may require this information to be able to provide you with goods or services.

This policy sets out how we will collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information.

We may change this policy by uploading a revised policy onto the website. The change will apply from the date that we upload the revised policy.

Use of cookies

Our website uses “cookies”, which are small data files that are stored on your computer when you visit a website. Cookies enable you to shop on our website and may be used in a variety of ways to enhance or personalise your online browsing and shopping experience.

Credit card security

We do not handle or store credit or debit card payment details. These are captured directly by a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant payment provider who will only deal with your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993. We currently use Windcave as our trusted Payment Card Industry compliant third-party online payment provider.
